Terms & Conditions

•  The Owner is Inehaze Limited of Fleming House 134 Renfrew Street Glasgow G3 6ST.

•  The apartment which is subject to this reservation will be allocated on arrival.

•  The Customer reserves the apartment for exclusive use for the period from 14:00 hours until 12 noon on the day of departure.

•  The Customer will pay the Owner in advance of the commencement of the hire. The fee includes unrestricted use of the whole contents of the apartment and covers all costs of heating and lighting for the period of occupation by the Customer but does not include telephone costs or parking (£11.75 pernight, VAT inclusive).

•  The Customer will leave the Owner a credit card imprint in advance of the hire to cover breakages or damage. The credit imprint/deposit will be returned to the Customer on the termination of the hire subject to the deduction of any losses or breakages attributable to the Customer.

•  The apartment is to be occupied by no more than the Customer has contracted for. The names and addresses of all occupiers must be provided to the Owner before the keys are handed to the Customer. No pets are permitted in the apartment.

•  The Owner will provide the Customer with a set of keys for the apartment at the commencement of the hire. All keys must be returned to the Owner on the termination of the hire. The Owner will provide a receipt for all keys returned which will constitute conclusive evidence that the Customer has returned the keys.

•  The Customer will register with the Owner's Concierge at the reception desk in Fleming House on the occasion of each arrival at and departure from the building known as Fleming House.

•  The Owner has a limited number of car-parking spaces available for hire by Customers. If the Customer wishes to reserve a car-parking space for the period of the hire of the apartment, the Customer must provide the Owner with prior notice of this and the Owner will endeavour to provide a car-parking space. The fee for a car-parking space is £ 11.75, inclusive of VAT, for each 24 hour period.

•  Cancellation fees are applicable as follows:-

Bookings for Fridays or Saturdays are non-refundable

Bookings for less than 3 nights are non-refundable

•  The terms of the contract between the Owner and the Customer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Scotland. The Owner and the Customer hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sheriff Court of Glasgow and Strathkelvin.
